Founded as a wholly owned subsidiary of Ryoyo Electro Corporation, one of Japan’s first specialized electronics distributors (est. 1961), our company is part of a major industry consolidation. In 2025, Ryoyo Electro Corporation began a merger with Ryosan Co., Ltd., forming Ryoyo Ryosan Holdings. On April 1, 2026, the two companies officially integrated as the Ryoyo Ryosan Group.
