EEPROM
With the aid of a leading 130nm-shrink process platform, Puya developed competitive die size, high performance & high reliability EEPROM products, which are widely used in STB, network devices, communications, mobile phone, IP-Camera, smart meter, automotive, etc.
After six years of development, Puya boasts an abundant product lineup of IIC EEPROM, with different capacities and form factors. The highlight of Puya IIC EEPROM is its extremely long data retention property, which can reach 200 years.

SPI NOR Flash
Puya provides competitive die size, high performance & high reliability SPI Flash memory products for the diverse range of applications from Bluetooth, Wearable, IoT(NB), Touch, Type-C, TDDI, AMOLED, Solar cells, GPS, etc.
As technology innovator in SPI NOR Flash, Puya dedicates itself to developing distinctive SPI NOR Flash memory to meet the requirements of high performance, reliable quality and small form factor. The P25Q IoT Flash family features ultra-low power consumption and wide range Vcc, enabling extended battery life.
Puya designs & provides L series, H series, H series automotive level and U series P25Q IoT Flash family, with densities ranging from 512Kb to 256Mb. P25Q IoT Flash memory supports the standard SPI NOR Flash interface, providing ultra small product package such as USON8 and WLCSP, and Known Good Die (KGD) products for System in Package (SiP) application.

MCU
High performance 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+core and MCU with wide voltage operating range are adopted. The maximum embedded memory can reach 64Kbytes flash and 8Kbytes SRAM, and the maximum operating frequency can reach 48MHz. It contains a variety of different packaging types and products. The chip integrates multiple I2C, SPI, USART and other communication peripherals, one 12bit ADC, six 16bit timers, and two comparators.
The operating temperature range is – 40 ℃~85 ℃, and the operating voltage range is 1.7V~5.5V. The chip provides sleep and stop low-power operation modes, which can meet different low-power applications.
It is applicable to a variety of application scenarios, such as controllers, handheld devices, PC peripherals, game GPS platforms, industrial applications, toys, smart homes, cooling fans, chargers, smart appliances, battery management and medical care products.
